Christmas Day

Christmas day was fun we woke up about 7ish and our boys didn't so we waited for them to wake up. When I told them that Santa came the did clime out  of bed and we went down stars.

 Then we opened presents from each other and form the Ipson side of the family

 Zack was so happy to get trolley and the Daniel tiger neighborhood characters that it didn't really leave his side.

 Max was so happy to get word world his all time favorite show

 After  we had open presents we had a fire in the fire place it was cold enough to do so YAY!!!! The boys wanted to roast hot dogs bot we didn't have any so we roasted.........

Then in the afternoon we went over to my parents hose and had the big family gathering

 Molly was home from collage for Christmas break!!!!

 Max was so happy to see his Molly and Molly was happy to see her cousins as well

Christmas Eve

Christmas eve night after dinner with my family the boys open 1 Christmas present

 It is New PJ's!!!!!!!!!!

Then I read Twas The Night Before Christmas

Then Ben Reads Luke 2

 Then We put out a treat for Santa and the reindeer. I started last year giving Santa donuts and chocolate milk This year we gave the rain deer carrots.

 Then we take our decorative stockings down and put the ones to have Santa put some treats in

 Then we watch Christmas eve on Sesame Street

Then after all of that we all go to sleep and wait for Santa to come to our house

Did our usual had pizza and cheese sticks.

 I made some Butterbeer( yes Harry Potter)

 We were on the low side this year we only had 91. But this year our culda sack their was only 3 lights on where as last year it was 1/2 of the culda sack the light was on. But I still love Halloween.

1st Priamary preatation

Zack has his 1st primary predation at church today. He is in the Sunbeam class and they got to say I know my Heavenly father loves me because.... well he choose to say the ABC's a few weeks ago. I was working on his part with him.I told Zack before church today what he is going to be doing. I said to him when he says his part he need to say it in his normal voice and not his loud voice.

Well any way after the sacrament was bless and pass the primary children went up to the front. they sang a song then the sunbeams were 1st. Zack was in the middle. all of the sunbeams were on the quite side.Well when it Was Zack's turn...He did it in his LOUD HIGH PITCH VOICE.  Everyone jumped up out of their seats. I was chuckling so hard that tears came out the people around us was were just turned around and gave me thumbs up ( Br. Long who is in the bishopric and Br McLea who was in the pew across form us and bent over and gave me a thumb up.) the Lyles who were behind us was saying it is OK don't worry about it. Br Lyle said hey he woke his wife  Dad up. 

So yeah Zack was the loudest one today. he even as fighting for the mic to be brought down to him. Sr Dabney was keeping it up. Bishop Clutter told me that he saw everyone jumped up and waked up. he stayed up front  he just moved to where the priest bless the sacrament.

All during the rest of church people were coming up to me and saying that Zack did great and woke them up and not to worry about it( it was mainly the ones that has know me forever)

October General Conference.

Well it was that time of year again and we got hear from our wonderful general leaders. I started back in April of us going camping in our living room.

Where we put up our tent on Friday night but the sleeping bags air mattress and sleep in their for the weekend. Roast Hot dogs and on Sat have a camping breakfast. That night we had a Storm and we had the tent open and the top part as well. and both Ben and I woke up and both of us were like thank goodness we are inside or we would be soaking wet.



I even make home made donuts every general conference. It takes me 2 days to complete the process. SO while Ben is a the priesthood session and after i have dinner or some ice
cream out with my boys( they are not old enough to go yet)I fry them up and put a  lemon glaze. When Ben gets home We Have some and he tells me about the session. If the boys are up the listen to him as well. Ben often goes with my Dad and my nephews Ben( Bubby) and Jack.

Then on Sunday we have donuts for breakfast. along with whatever we feel like.

So we make it a really fun week end for all of us. Also so the boys will have great memories of  general conference besides hearing for our leaders

Max 2nd Birthday

This year I went with a Max and Ruby. We had some of the cousins  Grace, Hannah and Emma ( we call them the 3 little girls.)come  my Mom, my Dad and my Grandpa I did invite other in the family But it was a come if you can.

But it was a fun day. We had pizza and other yummy snacks..  He got lots of cute toys. ( a toy ice cream truck, some books, Thomas pillow pal, trains etc)

 At the party we had Max and Ruby going on in the back ground and at time the kids stop what they were doing and watch.

I am starting feeling OLD

So when We were out in UT this summer for 3-1/2 weeks one of many events was that one of my "kids" got marred.  I knew the wedding date before we were even going and I asked Ben if we can plan our trip around it meaning make it sooner this year for our summer trip. They had no idea that I was coming and when they all saw me they were all happy to see me. 

I baby-sat these kids a LOT so I called them my "kids/children" 

Man they have grown up so much since they have moved 9 1/2 years ago.

Also they all tower over me.

End of a school year.

I had Zack go do a little pre school this past year I only had him go once a week. I wanted him to just get talking more and stoical. Which That did happen I took him to Saint Steven's Weekly School. He really was so happy there.

She is a great teacher and knows that Zack is a bright and smart child. I am so happy that she was his teacher.
