I can't believe Max is already one. Wow time flies really fast.
I decided to do the Very Hungry Caterpillar. Since Max is always wanting food.
Here is some of the food that the caterpillar ate that I served (OK--so I did it all).
I decided to do Subs since it is easy and my family does really good subs.
Since Max doesn't have all of his teeth yet he got it in parts.
After dinner we had cake and ice cream...
...and sang "Happy Birthday" to Max.
Boy, he really loved his cake.
He really went at it.
Big Time!!!
He even did his usual and devoured his ice cream cone.
What can I say, he is an Ipson after all.
Then it was time to open presents.
He had to kept being brought back, he is one--what do you expect.
What a sweetie pie that he is.
So while the adults were talking Max got written on his tummy, "Mr. Blue Sky". It is a Durney tradition the a baby would randomly have that appear on his tummy. Max's turn finally came. Normally you don't know who it is cause that is also part of the tradition that no one fesses up but this time I knew who did it and I am not going to say who it is but it is one of these 2 guys in the picture.
It was a happy day.
